Back to School 101: Systems Thinking for a Successful Start

The start of the school year brings many requirement and compliance pieces to the forefront for building administrators and central office administrators. The hiring and training of staff, along with a number of other functions that support the district’s investment in human capital, require attention to detail. Providing clear and consistent expectations as part of a systems approach will allow for a smooth start to the school year.

This full-day workshop will provide practical and helpful tips and reminders for taking care of all the details needed for a solid start to the school year. Participants will leave with a checklist and a game plan for reviewing and implementing essential policies and procedures.
