The goal of Structures and Strategies for Presenting and Facilitating is to provide an introduction to skills, concepts, protocols, and capabilities necessary to promote and sustain group collaboration.

Participants will develop:

  • An increased capacity to plan and implement planning procedures, protocols, and structures to develop and sustain high functioning groups
  • An expanded repertoire of practical facilitation, presentation, and coaching tools
  • Strategies for keeping group members on track, on topic, energized, and resourceful
