This annual workshop is offered just once a year before interview season begins. It fills up quickly so reserve your spot now!

The interactive workshop is aimed at teachers who are considering going into Administration. This may be people considering an Ed Leadership program or those who have already completed one and are actively looking for a job. The workshop may also appeal to current Assistant Principals that want to get ready for the Principal interview process.


9:00 - 9:30: Welcome and Introductions
9:30 - 10:30: Round Robin Principal Groups (Groups will rotate to different tables to discuss different topics)
10:30 - 10:45: Break
10:45 - 11:00: Resumes, Cover Letters, Portfolios and the Interview Process
11:00 - 11:45: Panel Discussion (Lookfors from interviewers. Recommendations for preparing for the process.)
11:45 - 12:30: Lunch (provided)
12:30 - 2:00: Round Robin Practice Interviews
2:00 - 2:15: Break
2:15 - 2:45: Practice writing prompt and possible scenarios
2:45 - 3:00: Practice Interview advice/feedback and final Q&A
