Preparing Your Candidacy for Superintendency

MASB is offering a day-long workshop for superintendent candidates seeking assistance with resume and interview preparation. The event is being offered on either February 17 or April 14; both sessions run from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Veteran search consultants will discuss strategies for job hunting and highlight the qualities of winning resumes and interviews. Participants will receive feedback on their own resumes and participate in mock interviews. If you plan to apply for a superintendency this season, you’ll want to take advantage of this unique opportunity!

Court Enjoins PA 269 and Lifts Gag Order

Friday afternoon, Judge John Corbett O’Meara issued an order granting a preliminary injunction on PA 269. This means the law can’t be enforced until further action by the court. This lifts the gag order that was currently affecting the more than 100 local districts and communities that have March elections.
