MASSP's Principal Boot Camp is a year long program for secondary school building administrators. It can be completed as part of the MASSP Executive Training Series. The Principal Boot camp includes a two-day Intensive Basic Training seminar, a one day Tactical Training Review seminar, and a one day After Action Review seminar. Participants will also participate in online discussion boards, seminars, and webinars during the intercessions. Principal Boot Camp participants will produce performance-based projects that utilize the concepts introduced in the seminars and online professional learning programs.

Successful completion of the training and assigned performance assessment tasks will earn participants, if eligible, credit towards a specialty endorsement in Management Leadership on the Administrator Certificate. Those participants in the Principal Boot Camp who are not seeking, or are not eligible for the specialty endorsement, will earn 9 SB-CEUs for the successful completion of the training and assigned performance assessment tasks.
