Survey: Secondary school principals’ salaries increase

Principals and assistant principals enjoyed significant pay raises in 2007–08, according to a new Education Research Service survey. But whether the increase represents a trend or a spike remains up for debate.
“We certainly hope these numbers will be encouraging to people entering the profession,” said National Association of Secondary School Principals spokeswoman Shana Kemp.
