This week's topic is "Educator Evaluation 2 Years In." You can find the questions listed below. Here is a Storify summary of last week's discussion: last week's Storify here.

As a reminder, this is a slow chat - which means one question will be posted each day of the week centered around the same concept. Ideally you will only post about the question posted on a particular day (for example, not responding to Monday's question on Wednesday). To keep the chat organized please use the question number and the hashtag #masspchat in your answer, for example:

A1: Yes, I have seen Ts at the "basic" level make strides to reach "proficient". I see a shift in the amount of T talk to S talk. #masspchat

We also encourage you to use the quote tweet function so that the question displays along with your response. Lastly, it is always great to see interaction on the chat, so feel free to tweet follow-up questions to those who post or to give them a BAM! if you agree with their post.

This Week's Questions:

Two years ago MCL 380.1249 became the law of the land in terms of educator evaluation. Let's talk about how it has or has not impacted: teacher instructional practice, student engagement, use of data, student growth measures and student achievement. Really looking forward to hearing everyone weigh in on this!
