By now, schools should have received Supervisor planning kits, testing manuals for all staff, and secure testing materials for PSAT and SAT. But you may still have questions. The College Board recently provided a one-hour webinar with very timely information for Test Center Supervisors, including information about rosters for special ed students. The webinar was recorded, and provided a variety of answers to questions posed from the field. Click here to view the webinar.

You can also download a PDF of the slidedeck from the webinar here.

Don't forget to test your technology before the test!

It is recommended that schools verify that all audio support materials are set-up and working correctly before test day. Directions for testing MP3 players and Assistive technology (ATC) files can be found in the manuals as follows:

For SAT, see pages 12-14 of the SAT School Day Accommodated Testing Manual for Michigan
For PSAT 10, see pages 51-53 of the PSAT 10 Supervisor Manual
For PSAT 8/9 see pages 48-50 of the PSAT 8/9 Supervisor Manual

Schools should have received multiple copies of these manuals, but they are also available online here.
