  Welcome to MASSP's Online Teacher Evaluation Course. This module is intended to allow administrators to work collaboratively as you observe teachers (via video tape), record evidence, code based on a rubric and share feedback to grow professional practice.  Now that you have started to gain a better understanding of the importance of developing inter-rater reliability it is important to hone this skill and to maintain it over time.
