★Jennifer Fee, interim principal of East Grand Rapids High School, will become the permanent principal this fall. Jennifer replaces Patrick Cwyana, who left the post in January to become a special consultant to the president of Grand Rapids Community College.
★Chuck Mungall, principal of Fulton High School for over 20 years, will be the next superintendent of the Fulton District.
★Terry Maier, Fulton Middle School principal, will retire at the end of this school year.
★Gavin Johnson, principal of Romeo High School, will be the next principal of Owosso High School in Owosso, Michigan.
★Grady Jones, former principal of Murray-Wright High School in Detroit, has been named the Director of Pupil Population Management for the Detroit Public Schools. Sharon Robinson was named principal of Murray-Wright High School.
★Mark Thomas, principal of Northview High School, has taken on additional duties as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the Northview school district.
★Ronna Steel, principal of Union City Middle School, has been named Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction in the Union City School District.
★Dennis Peacock, Newberry Middle School principal in the Tahquamenon school district, will become the Hesperia Middle/High School principal in the fall.
★Brandon Graham, assistant principal of Jenison Junior High, will be the next principal of the school beginning this fall.
★Scott Vashaw, principal Lowell High School, has been named the Associate Director for the Michigan Virtual School (MVS). As Associate Director, Vashaw will be responsible for overseeing a statewide e-learning consortium project and will coordinate the MVS school improvement and accreditation process. In addition, he will provide leadership for staff development and supervision of nearly 100 online instructors.
