MASSP has developed the first specialty endorsement to be placed on your MDE administrator’s certificate when completed. MASSP’s program has been developed with the best practices of professional learning and adult learning theory in mind. 	Principal Boot Camp Intensive Basic Training Seminar will focus on the management side of principal leadership; the things that every school principal must handle to be an effective instructional leader. This training concentrates on the nuts and bolts aspect of the principalship that you just don't get from a textbook.
