Waterford Mott High School has a situation with a math teacher who has a schedule of Pre-Calculus classes is on a medical leave of indeterminate length.

Attendance Policies
Are there any high schools that in light of the recent changes in the Michigan Merit Curriculum have eliminated their attendance policies that dealt with students losing credit after a certain number of absences? If so, what are schools doing to hold students accountable for coming to school, what role does the Assessment for Credit play if any, and what is the new process and procedures?
